Last updated February 20, 2026. What we collect and how we use it.
We collect: (a) account info (name, email, avatar) from your Google sign-in, (b) content you create — trades, journal notes, screenshots, rules, watchlists, lesson progress, (c) basic usage telemetry needed to keep the service running (session tokens, error logs).
Your data is used to operate the app for you: display your dashboard, run analytics, generate AI reviews from your own trade history, and remember your preferences. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train models for other customers, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We rely on service providers to run TradeZaa: MongoDB (data storage), TradingView (chart widgets), Polygon.io (market data when a key is configured), and Anthropic Claude (AI review generation). When Claude analyses your trades, only a compact summary of your last ~60 trades is sent — never raw screenshots.
We use a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
Your data stays in your account for as long as it exists. You can delete individual trades, rules, watchlists and imports from the app. To fully delete your account and all associated data, email support@tradezaa.app — we will action requests within 30 days.
We use TLS for data in transit and standard access controls on our storage. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your account, we will notify you promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Send requests to support@tradezaa.app.
TradeZaa is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
