Terms of Service

TradeZaa is a personal trading journal, analytics dashboard, and educational tool for options, stocks, crypto and forex traders. The service is provided on a subscription and/or free-tier basis and is offered "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Nothing shown in TradeZaa — including AI-generated reviews, trade signals, lesson content, options chain data, market context, or any other output — constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make. Consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you see here.

Trading options, stocks, cryptocurrency, and foreign exchange involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire principal, and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you are solely responsible for your own losses.

You must be at least 18 years old, of legal age in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use TradeZaa. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your TradeZaa account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

You retain ownership of the trade records, notes, screenshots, rules, and other information you upload. You grant TradeZaa a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. We do not sell your personal data. TradeZaa integrates with third-party providers, including TradingView (charts, widgets), Polygon.io (market data, when configured), and Anthropic (Claude AI reviews). Data displayed via these providers is governed by their own terms and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. We are not liable for outages or errors originating from third parties.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service in bulk; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute TradeZaa without written permission; (c) upload malicious code or attempt to breach security controls; (d) use the service to break any applicable law; (e) impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of data. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeZaa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, or from any trading decisions made in reliance on it. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid to TradeZaa in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeZaa and its operators from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version marker at the top of this page and prompt you to re-accept the updated terms inside the app. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
